How does Share Pick Up work?

We will pick you up at your location and time as given by you, however we will also pickup other customers in the near by area at the same or similar time. Which mean you will be joining the trip with other customers.

Your booking time sometimes may be adjusted due to special circumstances by 10 minutes either earlier or later according to your booking time has given to us.

 

How does PRIVATE Pick Up work?

With our Private pickup service, the vehicle used will only pickup and/or drop off the passengers nominated in the booking. We do not pickup any other passengers along the way to/from the destination. This method of pickup will gaurantee the most efficient and safe way of travelling with Hoang Do western Airport Services.

How can I make payment for my booking?

We accept two methods of payment.

1) Cash payment at our office in Cabramatta

2) Credit card payment over the phone (please note that with credit card payments there will be a surcharge of 2%)

Do I need to pay the deposit for my booking?

Yes, you need to pay a deposit of 20% of the full amount of your booking. Bear in mind that we do not refund the money back to you if you want to cancel your booking.

What if I cancel my tour or service?

Cancelation fee Will Be Applied if you make a cancelation on the tour or service that you have booked.

What if my Flight Delay or Change Flight?

We only keep the record of your booking information at the first place but if you are experiencing flight delay or change flight you need to acknowlege us before hand.

How does Lost and Found work?

If you wish to make a claim of you lost item please call us at our office within one hour (1HOUR) in advance on 1800 837 980.

How to make a Complaint?

If you have any complaint in regards to our services, booking and any other areas please put down in writing and email it to use at: complain@hoangdo.com.au

*Note.

In you letter please remember to specify your booking reference number, date, time and the driver's name on the issued date.

One of our staff will respond to your email or give you very shortly.

Pick Up: (door to door services)

1- International Airport:                                                                                           

- At Mc Donald (Arrival) Hoang Do Waiting Zone                                                                 

- Hoang Do Staff Will Wait For You At 45Min After Your Flight Is Landing, And Max Up To Two Hour.

- You Have To Let Us Know If You Have Been Stack With Custom.

2- Domestic Airport:

- At Hoang Do Pick Up Zone (between T2 & T3)                                                                          

- Virgin Blue & Jetstar (T2) Turn Left After The Door Out.

- Qantas (T3) Turn Right After The Door Out.

- Hoang Do Staff Will Wait For You 30min (Max) After Your Flight Is Landing.

3-P&O:( Crusing)

- Pick Up By The Time Your Booking (At Car Park)

4- Sport, sydney by Nite(U Drink I Drive):

- Pick Up & Drop Off By The Time Your Booking (No limit Time)

-  One Pick Up And One Drop Off.

5- Day Tour:

- Door to Door pick up and drop off (limited areas contact office for details)

I would like to know more about "Sydney by Night" Services.

Terms and Conditions.

·         All standard bookings will only have one pickup location and one drop off location.

·         Bookings must have allocated times for both pickup and return.

·         Changes to any current booking must be made at the latest 2 days before pickup date.

·         Any form of change such as address, times of pickup and return, also amount of seats are subject to availability (additional charges may apply where applicable).

·         A minimum deposit of 100$ must be made at least 2 days prior to the bookings date, all bookings without the minimum deposit will have their booking automatically cancelled.

·         Cancellation of bus after deposits have been paid, will automatically lose the deposited amount.

·         We do not hold credit for those who have cancelled thier booking.

·         Cancellations of bus after arrival of driver on the night will have to pay a minimum of a one way fare.

·         All belongings left behind on the bus’ are not drivers responsibilities, drivers will also not take any responsibility for any damaged or stolen property.
