How do I make/confirm my booking?

After you have made a booking with Hoang Do Western Airport Services, we will send a text message to your Mobile number provided with a confirmation of your booking, which will have all your booking details and also a reference number for your booking. Please make sure you check the details of this text message.
Shared v/s Private pickup?
All pickups are from the address provided. Our friendly staff will always recommend the best suitable time for pickup although clients are welcome to choose the preferred time of pickup.
Hoang Do Western Airport Services offers two different services, one being shared pickup and the other Private pickup. The differences between the two are as follows –
Shared pickup services: You will be picked up with other passengers who are within the surrounding suburbs. The pickup time of your booking may vary 5-10 minutes before or after the initial booking time.
Private Pickup Service: Your booking will be a transfer for just yourself/family. The pickup time of this service will be exactly as you book taking you straight from Home to Sydney Airport without stopping for any other passengers and any hassles.

Payment for my booking
For Airport transfer & Cruise transfers – cash payment can be made to the driver or prepaid at our office in Cabramatta.
All credit card payments can only be processed at our office or over the phone and will incur a 3% surcharge.
When is a deposit required?
All private bus hire, party bus, organised tours require 100$ deposit upon making the booking.
Hoang Do holds all right to cancel any bookings that have not made a deposit at any time.
Cancel a booking
Cancellation of all bookings should be notified to our office at least 48 hours prior.
Cancellation of Airport and Cruise Terminal transfers will incur $10 cancellation fee (where applicable).
If cancellation of a private bus hire, party bus or organised tours occurs after $100 deposit has been made, the deposited amount will be lost and it cannot be transferred onto another booking.
Your flight/Cruise is canceled?
Whilst overseas or interstate and you experience any form of change, cancellation you should notify our office as soon as possible,
failure to give Hoang Do sufficient notice may be problematic. You are recommended to keep us up to date with your return flights if it has been rescheduled,
in the case that your flights will be arriving in Sydney correct to the booking details you have provided you are not required
to follow up and confirm we will automatically have our driver waiting at Sydney Airport for you (drivers will meet you inside the airport only after getting in contact with you).

Lost and Found
If you have found lost property on the bus, please report it to your driver immediately and do not touch unattended baggage for your safety.
To make claims of lost property or inquire about your lost property please contact our office with your receipt so our staff can chase it up for you.
Do you service all Western suburbs?
Hoang Do Western Airport Services provides their services in most areas and not limited to the Western suburbs alone, although we encourage you to enquire with our staff before booking your service as the price list that we advertise on our webpage is not suitable for all regions.
Complaint with Hoang Do?
If you have experienced poor service from our drivers or have had an issue with our service, Management encourage you take
action within the same day and will always take your complaint seriously. Please note that all complaints will be required
to provide their name, address and contact number so that Hoang Do can fully investigate the issue if needed.
